I have designed or redesigned over 200 websites. I also make responsive design websites. My goal in user research, before I design, is to create intuitive designs that are based off a solid content hierarchy that is targeted toward the user persona. Also understanding the user needs of feature utility and their day to day business rules crease the feature and visual requirements that are key in delivering user satisfaction.Low to Mid to High Fidelity Wireframing to Prototyping is key in this process.
